MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your 401 Teravista experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

At 401 Teravista, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Friday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Austin! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you may contact a locksmith if necessary.

AMENITIES

401 Teravista offers multiple parking options so your arrival home from an exciting day in Austin is even easier. Parking options include general, reserved, and single car garages. All range in price from $0-150 / month.

Boasting a 24-hour fitness facility, a resident lounge area, Cyber Cafe, a soothing resort style pool, an outdoor kitchen, and so much more, your new home is equipped with all the spaces that make Austin living so much better. In each of our Austin apartments, you'll find stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, including a electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We also include a washer and dryer to help take care of chores, so you can spend more time doing what you love. All washers and dryers come free of charge!

401 Teravista apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

Our applications take 1-2  business days to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.

At 401 Teravista, all residents are required to have renter's insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.

We are equipped for WHITESKY Internet.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options, along with the lease break fee of 2x rent. When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

401 Teravista will provide utility set-up information prior to moving into your new home!

At 401 Teravista residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and well-known bus lines are right within reach at 401 Teravista.

Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in Round Rock Independent School District.

Stop by and find your new home! On Bass Pro Drive and turn onto Teravista Pkwy. 401 Teravista  will be on your RIGHT.

Being located in the heart of downtown Round Rock means access to everything you need is yours! We have many grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers right nearby. Grab your fresh groceries at H-E-B or Sprouts, before heading to your apartment to cook your latest favorite recipe. Meet up with friends on the weekend and fill your oversized closet with new finds from the shopping centers right nearby like Round Rock Outlets and IKEA. That is just the beginning! FOR FUTURE RESIDENTS

To apply for your new home at 401 Teravista, visit the Floor Plans page and apply now! You are also able to apply through the Applicants link at the top of the site.

When reviewing an application to rent at 401 Teravista, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 4 times (gross market rent).

Past rental qualification is at least 12-24 months of verifiable 3rd party or mortgage payment history.

At 401 Teravista we ask that all income be provided to us upon applying. Please prepare your most recent paystubs, W-2 forms, Notarized Employment letters, and/or 6 months of bank statements. Need further assistance? Call our leasing team today!

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of these Austin apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.

All tours with 401 Teravista will be guided by one of our amazing leasing consultants. Give us a call to set up an appointment!

Of course! When you schedule a tour, you can set your own pace and even choose to skip seeing amenities, going straight to the apartment if you need.

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community was built in 2008, and the walls were constructed to a high standard, which helps mitigate any noise coming from the main road.

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

At our apartments in Austin, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees. Please contact our leasing office for further details!

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.

To make sure 401 Teravista is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do rent out our amenity spaces for a fee please inquire by contacting the office.
